Steamed Veggie Wrap


Ingredients:

1 Wheat Tortilla

Lettuce

Tomatoes

Red (aka purple) Onions

Mushrooms

Banana peppers

Pickles

Olives

Spinach

Lemon pepper or salt and pepper

Preparation:

Add all veggies into wrap remember portion control hand full of lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, and hand full of mushrooms, banana peppers, pickles, olives, and spinach, add season and place in steamer or oven in compatible cooking device with proper lid. There u have you Steamed Veggie Wrap
