Oatmeal


Ingredients:

1/2 cup of Whole grain oatmeal

1 cup of Silks Soymeal plain or vanilla

1 4oz unit of Applesauce original or strawberry

1Banana

Hand full of Raisins and or Cranberries



Preparation:

Place Oatmeal in bowl of choice add Silks soymilk stir in bowl than place in microwave. for 1 min or if using stovetop add oatmeal in boiling water or soymilk and mix up for 1 minute over medium heat

After oatmeal is done add applesauce, raisins, cranberries and banana....Yummie!!!!!!!!!!!
